Jestem obok Ciebie podczas porodu szpitalnego lub domowego (wyłącznie w asyście położnej). Jestem wsparciem emocjonalnym i praktycznym. Zadbam o to, abyś mogła skupić się na sobie i swoim ciele, czując się bezpieczna i zaopiekowana. Jestem do Twojej dyspozycji przez dwa tygodnie przed i dwa tygodnie po wyznaczonym terminie porodu.

Wywodzący się z meksyku rytuał z wykorzystaniem szali rebozo, składa się z dwóch elementów. Pierwszy to delikatne kołysanie, które pomoże rozluźnić napięcia i odprężyć zmęczone ciało. Następnie kolejne obszary ciała są zawijane szalami – closing bones. To wszystko w spokojnej atmosferze, przy świeczkach, olejkach i relaksującej muzyce. Individual sessions where I help you and your partner prepare for birth and postpartum, based on your needs, beliefs, resources, and family situation.

I stay by your side during hospital or home birth (home birth only with a licensed midwife). I provide emotional and practical support, helping you focus on yourself and your body so you can feel safe and cared for. A traditional Mexican ritual using rebozo shawls, consisting of two parts. The first is gentle rocking to help release tension and relax a tired body. This is followed by wrapping and holding different areas of the body with the shawls – the closing bones process.The ritual takes place in a calm, nurturing atmosphere with candles, oils and relaxing music. You will feel safely held and supported, creating space for deep relaxation and a return to yourself.
